(Strawberry) The Queen's Ruby, 9DN3

We stayed at Strawberry/Ruby from January 9-23, 2026. What a luxurious experience! Located on the penthouse/9th floor of El Cantil north, you are across the street from the grocery store and easy walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. This beautifully appointed one bedroom condo has everything you need. From the minute you enter the lovely kitchen with stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and full-size refrigerator, you can tell that it’s a comfortable, luxurious place. There’s even a large filtered water dispenser to refill your insulated cups. The kitchen is connected to the living room with comfortable seating and a large television so you don’t miss “the big game”. The bathroom is huge; it has a very large shower and long vanity to hold your toiletries. A hair dryer is a welcome amenity so you don’t have to bring your own, The towels are thick and fluffy, plus there were beach towels to use when we went to the pool. The bedroom had a nice closet with hangers, a six drawer dresser, a lock box, and nightstands. And the bed! It was SO comfortable with fluffy pillows and nice linens, we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. There are sliding glass doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool area. What a spectacular view! There was a table with two chairs so you could enjoy morning breakfast, afternoon cocktails, or sunsets. It was perfect. El Cantil north has 24 hour concierge service for security and to assist you with luggage, getting taxis, or whatever. They were very nice and helpful. But the best part of our stay, as always, was our host. We have stayed at several different properties of Jasianna’s multiple times over the last 12 or so years (including three times in 2025), and she is absolutely the best host! Anything you need in a place to stay, she’s probably already anticipated and provided. And, it’s always first-class. When needed, she has helped arrange transportation, tours, private chefs, restaurant recommendations or reservations…you ask, and she will deliver. We have recommended her and/or her properties to many friends over the years, and they always rave about the experience. We can’t wait to come back!
