What time is check in and check out?

Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM

Check in is simple. You will receive the property address and your door code by text or email prior to arrival. Once it is check in time, arrive at the home you rented, enter your code, and settle in.

What is the cancellation policy?

100 percent refund up to 90 days before arrival.

What basic supplies do you provide for our stay?

We provide starter supplies to help you get settled.

Bathroom and personal care
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap
Toilet paper… 2 rolls per bathroom

Kitchen and cleaning
1 roll of paper towels
Kitchen trash bags
Dish detergent and rags
All purpose cleaner

What linens are provided?

We provide all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linens and towels.

Bedrooms
Beds are freshly made with a sheet set, blanket, and pillows.

Bathrooms
Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided… plus a hair dryer.

Kitchen
Kitchen drying towels and cleaning rags are provided.

What does “fully stocked kitchen” mean?

Our kitchens include the essentials for cooking and dining.

All basic kitchen items
Blender and toaster
Dinnerware and drinkware
Utensils and flatware
Baking pans and sheets
Pots and pans

We do not provide grocery items. Please bring your own groceries, seasonings, and coffee.

What type of coffee maker do you provide?

Coffee makers vary by unit. Depending on the property, you may find one or more of the following:
Nespresso
Regular coffee maker
Keurig

Please plan to bring your preferred coffee and pods or filters. If you have a specific preference, feel free to ask prior to arrival and we will confirm what is available in your unit.

Do you recommend renting a car?

El Cantil Condominium
El Cantil is close to restaurants, shopping, and most amenities, so many guests do not rent a car. Most use taxis, and occasionally rent a car for a special trip around the island.

Yes, we recommend renting a car. The home is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Cozumel, and having a car makes it much easier to explore.

How often is the hot tub cleaned?

Every single stay.

Our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned, and refilled with fresh water and bromine after each stay so they are clean and ready for the next guests.

Do you recommend a private chef?

Yes. To elevate your stay, we work with three exceptional chefs who can create a private dining experience tailored to your tastes, group size, and dietary needs.

Chef Andrew is known for a fun, interactive hibachi style service using a Teppanyaki grill, paired with beautifully executed flavors. Expect fresh seafood, premium meats, vibrant local ingredients, and a polished presentation that feels like dinner and a show.
Important HOA Note… Poolside Setup Requires Approval
For Chef Andrew’s hibachi experience, HOA approval is required to host the dinner poolside. Please let us know in advance if you would like a poolside setup so we can request permission on your behalf. Approval is subject to HOA rules, availability, and quiet hour policies. If poolside approval is not granted, we will help coordinate an alternative approved location within the property.
